Presented by the Baby Innovation Awards program, this recognition celebrates standout products that are transforming the parenting and baby care experience. Out of more than 1,825 nominations worldwide, our vision cards were selected for their innovation, accessibility, and real-world impact on infant development.
At The Happy Start, our mission has always been clear: to create affordable, accessible, and developmentally meaningful products for babies and families everywhere. Winning this award is a powerful affirmation of that mission—and of the science-backed approach we’ve taken to support early cognitive and visual growth.
Designed with input from pediatric vision experts, our high and low contrast vision cards feature bold black, white, and color images tailored to an infant’s earliest visual capabilities. They’re a favorite of parents, daycares, and hospitals alike, especially for tummy time and visual tracking activities.
We’re especially proud that the award panel highlighted our commitment to accessibility. Our vision card sets are available in eight different languages, and we donate 10% or more of all unit sales annually to pediatric hospitals, NICUs, and family-focused nonprofits. This award recognizes not just a product—but the heart behind it.
